First Define what is criticism...?

Well, in simple word "It is Hard statement, that help us to improve and encourage us to do more better. “if, if we take it in right way.

Many of us have felt embarrassed, when someone questioned you or point out something, in office, in school, college, corporate world, etc.

*Short story of two companies.

 

Let's take example to understand.

There were two companies, selling same product and they were very competitive to each other, both companies sell same product in same price. But one of the companies from them became largest shareholder of market, while other bankrupts? Do you know Why and what would be reason.?

The reason is taking feedback in right way, the company which became largest shareholder later, earlier received a lot of criticism from his competitor, and feedback from the customer. The CEO of successful company listens carefully customer's feedback and criticism of its competitor, he also take it politely and he remained grateful to  feedback givers, after receiving these feedback and criticism, he think about it and he find mistakes his company were doing also he found solution to problem faced by his customers, when he came to conclusion after thinking on feedback and he said, “this can be done in this way, better from now" in his mind.so he took decision and changes many systems of company and keep improving various things. While other company were busy and keep focusing on, to criticize the other one and whenever any customer gives feedback his customer support team ignore them. As results few year later, this company went bankruptcy and other one became dominant.

Can you guess what make this result like this...? The CEO of successful company, taken the feedback and criticism however they were some negative and positive he faced them. He also felt embarrassed many times, but he took different approach. He used criticism to innovate, improve and make things better. Similarly, you can learn from him and use criticism in you favour.

Even when someone criticize you, you will feel awkward, but it is true that next time you will not repeat the same mistake subconsciously, this happen subconsciously.

Not every criticism is valuable or useful, sometime some people who always think and say negative, can’t give positive criticism.

So, ignore them by saying "thanks you for your feedback”, this will make you feel better, and also it will encourage other to give you genuine feedback in future. But if you feel and think that it is useful feedback than take it and write it on page, and implement it, improve yourself, remember that not every opinion matter...!

#Think positive and bless him.

                             No matter what anyone says to you, but it matters how you react, fool argues, neutral ignores, While Wise smiles, and he says thanks and bless them.

Whenever someone criticize you, make habit of saying to them "thanks for your suggestion" and give genuine smiles to them, also bless them, this will make you feel good and also it will encourage the other person to think good for you. Positive attitude is the quality that make a person to turn into a great person.

 

#Don't take personally.

 

Our mind always wanted to be accepted by the society, so in order to this he tries various things to impress peoples, it happens subconsciously. See, whenever you face criticism or someone says you something after which you feel insulted, our mind tries to prove them wrong by behaving like foolish, lots of people start arguing, some even start fight! But, you know when someone reject your thoughts, work, it doesn't mean they rejected you, they rejected only your working style, and thought and not you, so don't take it personally.

So, whenever you face criticism.
