Even when You know how you want to live your life, and you believe you can but your mind makes difficult to live the that life by thinking negative and unwanted thinks. So, if you want to live your life to the fullest with joy, happiness and peace you must have control on your mind.

Being unable to focus on your work, negative thought in mind, Confusion in life and career and the biggest lose is not able to think deeply ,for demo do this , try to think deep at any topic you will find difficulties.

Stress, thinking negative too much, more time in screen and consuming unnecessary and useless information via social media, doing multitasking, if you are eating along with TV and mobile or some thoughts going on in your mind is also multitasking, Low practice of Mindfulness etc., can cause distraction.

The root cause is not listening to your heart, you are listening to your mind which wants to make you lazy and remain inside comfort zone, Not listening to your heart, makes your soul so sad.

1)Get enough sleep.

When you sleep your mind get enough time to take rest and process information. Some People think sleeping means waste of time, but it pointless. You should sleep more than 6.5 hour or at least 6.5 hour. Sleep is wonderful gift nature has given us, when you sleep, you   receive 

energy from universe to accomplish your aim.

2)Eat Enough and healthy.

Eating junk food once week no problem, but if you can avoid it, then avoid it. You must eat food that contain high protein and nutrition. Remember wise people do what is right not what feel pleasurable.

3) Observe your mind without judging thought.

Most of the time your merge with your mind and you start distracting yourself, keep note that you mind is powerful but not more the you, without your permission your mind can't do anything. When you judge and give attention to your unnecessary thoughts indirectly you are giving permission to your mind to allow distraction. So, in order to control your mind first observe, when, why, what and how your mind thinks. Even your mind thinks something which you don't like just ignore it, and do whatever you are doing. It is hard to ignore, because your mind will force you to give attention, to thoughts but you have to win this inner battle it will take some weeks, by practice you can do it. Just Listen and see what types of thought arises in your mind.

Tell me if someone will give you garbage to eat, will you eat? 

So why you feed your mind garbage on plate?

If you involve in gossip, negative conversation and if someone told you, you can’t, you are not eligible, you are not lucky and you accept these, they are no more than garbage!

Similarly, there are many peoples on internet or in your surroundings, indirectly servings garbage, filter the information you take it positively, before your sub consciousness mind accept it, and avoid involvement in these conversations or don't listen to them, just ignore them. Remember some people don’t know that how negative they are what you can do is to tell them politely about their negative talk if they can’t understand, you should keep distance from them.

Spend Time and love Yourself.

Spend some time with nature, or you can spend time with person who loves you a lot. He/she may be anyone. If not possible talk with yourself, love yourself. First you should love yourself, if you can't love yourself, how someone can love you, if you don't feel good, how you can do good, if your heart his not open how God can open her blessings hand for you even he opens how you can accept it? Know your thoughts 

First thing is to find Which is to Identify your thoughts, which you want to control.

  Became aware of your mind's behavior, identify which thought you have to control, almost everyone has discouraging and negative thought and emotions going on their mind. When it became form of problem and then disease is when we start engaging in these thoughts, Instead of engaging and wasting time in these useless thought what you can do is to accept these thought and move on to your work, believe me it is proven techniques but it needs practice and consistency, you need to constantly practice this remember don't try to push negative thought away from mind, if you do so as a result it will come back with more similar thought, instead write down these on journal.

Opposition Thinking. 

It is Second techniques, our mind can only hold one thought at a time, you can try this experimentally by doing. So, we use this property of mind in this technique, what you have to do this is when undesired and negative thought arises, immediately turn this into positive and uplifting one, means think positive immediately if you make it habit then negative thought will no more irritate you. 

For example, if you think I am worried because I don't know how I can do this, instead of this think I will give my best to do this, I will this and further action I will learn from my experience or I will ask someone.

Remember: - "Excellence is the result of consistent consciousness efforts."

Meditation.

Whenever you ask anywhere to anyone how to control your mind? You will get this common answer mediation. Mediation is really powerful ancient Indian technique to control mind, in mediation you simply focus on only one thing at a time. Easiest way to do mediation is to focus on your breath, how your breath comes and goes, how your lungs contract and expand, how your body from inside feels, how your nose makes noise while breathing.

In order to do mediation

First sit straight at silent and calm and clean environment for 10 minutes in beginning and you can gradually increase the time, you can do any time but preferred is in morning because in morning environment is clean, silent and calm already. Then next focus on your breath observe yourself, that’s it. Most important thing is to do  is consistency, it’s is not possible to go gym for single day and you expect to became one of the leading body builder rather guffaw  so you have to be consistent many people give up because they can't see result after some weeks, but there is no quick fixes to control mind it require time, probably you can see changes within month and genuinely you will see big change in 4-6 months.
